The prices are really good and I'm happy with what I bought. But man, ordering is a pain, especially if you're not a designer or marketer. I talked to the chat support and they said they don't have templates, but they actually do. It's tough to figure out which ones you can customize and which are just to show the size. They should make it simpler, like VistaPrint does. Even with all that, the products are awesome for the price. But the hassle sometimes makes me go with VistaPrint instead.
