Zolucky - Reviews and experiences

So I bought two things for the first time, right? But like, the shipping was legit way too expensive - $12 for just a top and a summer dress. So I got the stuff and turns out, neither thing fit well and the material was not as good as the pics online. Ended up sending back the dress, but couldn't return the top because it was on sale and I missed that detail. I ended up paying over $40, but after returning the dress and keeping the top (which honestly I wasn't too happy about), I only got about $20 in credit back. Pretty sure I won't be shopping here again.

I ended up with 5 items, but none of them actually fit me! I had to return them all, but only got credit for one. Can you believe they also deducted 30% for the return? It was so frustrating!

I absolutely loved that pink top and those soft cloud pants from ZOLUCKY. The top was seriously stunning, but I goofed up on the size and it ended up being too big. Gotta return it for a smaller one because I was really feeling it. And those cloud pants? So comfy and cozy, perfect for keeping me warm in this chilly New England weather. I also messed up on the size for those, so they're going back for a smaller size too. No regrets though, I'm pumped to get the right sizes!

I just bought some clothes from your store and I'm pretty happy with the quality. I really liked the clearance prices, and I thought there was a good selection. But, there was a little hiccup with my order that stopped me from giving a perfect rating. I had over $15 in store credits from returning stuff, but I noticed that something was missing from my order and one of my returns wasn't processed right. So now my account is showing an order that I didn't get any follow-up on.
