Returns & RefundsStrange experience — I ordered from Ysabel Mora. Website and ordering were fine, checkout was quick — thumbs up. Delivery promised in three working days but it never shipped; I ended up calling customer service. They admitted a 'communication issue' with the carrier and I asked for a cancellation and refund. Instead they shipped it without my ok and told me to refuse it. I refused it. It's been over a month and no refund yet. I liked the shop and would recommend it, but they need to fix refunds and delivery.
