I gotta say, the customer service at this place is fantastic. It's nice to chat with actual humans who are helpful instead of robots. I had to give them a ring twice and both times they were super friendly and answered all my questions. To top it all off, my order got here right on time for the party, even though we picked the cheapest shipping option. I'm so grateful to them for saving my party!

We're often buying the Birthday Cake LED Candle Top hats from here 'cause we're regulars. Our customers celebrating their birthdays at the restaurant really like them. The delivery is never late, and when we had a small problem with one hat, they fixed it right away to make us happy. Dealing with this company is always a great experience.

So, like, I bought some party decorations not too long ago, eh? And then, out of the blue, I got a call last week saying they didn't have enough stuff to send me, eh? So, I called to find out more, and the person I talked to was super rude and not helpful at all, eh? They didn't even seem sorry about all the trouble they caused, eh? Like, seriously, I was so let down by the crappy service and lack of professionalism in that whole situation, eh?
