Recent online purchase
The website was easy to get around and had lots of stuff to choose from, which was great. But there were some hiccups with the checkout that were a bit annoying because of technical difficulties. In the end, though, I still had a good time shopping with this brand.

So, I was looking to score a sweet deal on a tennis racket, eh? I came across this amazing offer for new customers, right? But when I went to use it, it was a total fail, eh? I was so disappointed, man. And when I reached out to customer service for help, they were super rude and just ghosted me, eh? Like, seriously? Not cool at all, buddy. So, I wouldn't suggest buying from them online. Better off going to the physical store, dude.
