Weddingstar really impressed me with their customer service. I recently bought matching monogrammed silk robes for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law for their upcoming wedding. The robes were gorgeous, but I got a call from a customer service rep who noticed the child's robe didn't quite match the adult one. They even sent me a photo of the robes together after they were monogrammed and suggested a better color. I was blown away by their attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy. The robes were top-notch quality, and the personal touch made it all the more special. Weddingstar has an awesome selection of unique items for any special occasion.

I gotta say, Allison totally blew me away with her amazing customer service skills. She gave me all the info I needed through email, making sure to answer every single one of my questions super quickly. When my stuff arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition, I was totally stoked. Overall, my experience was flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. Big thanks to Allison!

I got a mug from this company for my soon-to-be hubby, with his name and "Best Groom Ever" written on it. But when I got it, it only had "Groom" and his name on the other side. I was really disappointed because the wedding was coming up soon, and I wanted to surprise him with it on our big day. I got in touch with customer service right away, and let me tell you, they were amazing! The person I talked to was so nice, understanding, and caring. They fixed the mistake quickly and I got the right mug just in time for the wedding. I was so thankful for their fast and helpful response, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I'll definitely use this company again in the future.
