Returns & RefundsSo, I bought some wine labels and tags for my son's wedding from this company, eh. Let me tell ya, the products were just gorgeous - top-notch quality and colors that really pop. But, here's the kicker - I never even checked how many labels were in the package when it showed up. Long story short, a week before the big day, I found out there were 19 labels missing. Uh oh. I quickly got in touch with the company and they didn't waste any time fixing the issue. They sent over the missing labels by courier, all the way to the other side of Canada. Can you believe it? I was blown away by their quick and friendly response, and I got those labels in plenty of time for the wedding. Despite that little bump in the road, I was super happy with how they handled everything. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again down the road.
