Returns & Refundsthey asked me to ship it back to get the full refund — but, you know, it never arrived, so that loop was annoying. In the end I got refunded for the pad amount, not everything I paid in shipping, so it wasn’t ideal. If you’re thinking of ordering, do it for the product quality and the value, but consider an alternate courier option if you can, or at least be ready to chase things down. I’d buy again from them? Probably — just with caution about delivery and maybe a different carrier next time.
