OverallI just bought a turntable with Bluetooth from this company, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. The website was a bit of a maze to get through, and the ordering process was not as easy as it should have been. Then, when I finally got my hands on the product, it was all banged up from the delivery, which was super annoying. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they took forever to get back to me and the solution they offered was not all that great. All in all, it was a pretty frustrating experience that left me feeling pretty let down by the company.
