I gotta say, I was helped out by this person named Jan when I had trouble swapping a pair of shoes that just didn't fit right. Jan was super helpful, giving me clear and easy-to-follow instructions the whole way through. Plus, their friendly and laid-back attitude really made the whole thing less stressful. They always got back to me quickly and made sure I got my stuff fast. All in all, the customer service team really came through for me. A+ experience!

I recently bought a pair of shoes from a website that claimed to sell real Vessi products. But when my order arrived, I realized the shoes were fake. I was super disappointed and felt like the website had totally scammed me. Luckily, I managed to get my money back thanks to my credit card provider's guarantee service. I had to jump through some hoops, but at least I wasn't out of pocket for those fake shoes. It's really frustrating to see scammers tricking people who just want genuine Vessi gear. I want to warn everyone to be careful and only buy from official Vessi sellers to avoid getting scammed like I did.
