I bought something from this company not too long ago, eh. But it took forever for the product to actually show up, I tell you. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they weren't much help at all and didn't keep me in the loop about where my order was at. After waiting three whole months, the thing finally arrived, only to find out it got sent to the wrong country by mistake. Honestly, the whole ordeal was a real letdown and just plain frustrating, eh.

I was so let down by my experience at Vagabond Life. I ordered a key ring back in May and didn't get it until August. When I reached out to the company and the post office to ask where it was, I found out it got lost at the sorting office. As a first-time customer, that's not what I was expecting. However, I have to give props to Laura for working hard and sorting it out. She quickly sent out another key ring and kept me updated until it showed up. The key ring itself is exactly what my stepdad, who loves collecting stuff and is going on a trip soon, is looking for. Even with the delay, I appreciate the effort the customer service team put in.
