I gotta tell ya, the whole process of ordering from this company was a total nightmare. The website was so slow and kept glitching out, making it a real pain to find what I wanted and actually make a purchase. There wasn't enough info about the products and the selection was pretty limited. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all and kind of brushed me off. It was like they didn't care about my business or my time.
And don't even get me started on the prices! I felt like I was getting ripped off for products that were just okay, nothing special. It took forever for my order to finally show up, and when it did, the packaging was all messed up. Overall, my experience with UNT was really disappointing, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
