Triwa - Reviews and experiences

My husband got a watch for our wedding about 5 years ago and he absolutely loves it. Whenever he wears it, he always gets compliments. We recently had an issue with the movement of the face, possibly because of a battery change after 5 years, which is super impressive. I contacted customer service and a person named Josefin helped me out. Despite the Brexit challenges, Josefin really went above and beyond with quick responses to my emails. There was a small fee for the repair outside of the two-year guarantee, but overall, I can't find any faults with this watch. We also just replaced the strap after 5 years of using it. This watch is really great and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

I got a Triwa watch as a gift around 5 years ago, and I've just been blown away by how nice it is. The watch is stylish, feels really strong, and the battery lasts forever. Sadly, my daughter accidentally dropped it, and the glass got all cracked up at the edge because it hit a hard surface. But Triwa's repair service was amazing - quick, and not too expensive. All in all, I've had nothing but good things to say about Triwa watches and would definitely suggest them to anyone.

I recently bought a minimalist style watch as a gift for my husband. We've been using it for over 9 months now and it still looks great. My husband really loves it too. But we did notice some moisture inside the watch about 3 months in when he wore it while surfing. We were traveling at the time, so I reached out to customer service, sent them some pictures of the issue, and mentioned that we were overseas for a while. They responded quickly and found a service center in Melbourne, Australia, where the watch could be checked since it was still under warranty. The problem was fixed efficiently and I was able to pick it up when I was in Melbourne. I was really impressed with how fast and effective their customer service team was in solving the issue. I definitely recommend both the watch and the company.
