Triwa - Reviews and experiences

I bought a Sub Ocean Plastic watch and it looked good at first, but turned out to be low quality. After wearing it just twice to the pool, the inside got all foggy and water droplets formed inside. Not only did it affect how it worked, but it didn't look good either. And let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been the worst part of it all. I tried reaching out multiple times about getting a refund or a new watch, but I'm still waiting for a response. The lack of communication and slow response to my concerns has been frustrating, and now I have a bad impression of the brand.

I bought a Triwa watch recently and I was pretty happy with how the ordering process went. The eco-friendly packaging was a cool bonus and the watch itself was even better than I expected. But here's the thing - my watch just stopped working out of nowhere within a year of getting it. So, I reached out to customer service for help and let me tell you, they were not quick to respond at all. It took them a whole week to get back to me through the website, and even longer when I emailed them directly. The lack of communication and slow problem-solving has been a bit frustrating. It seems like Triwa might have some issues not just with their product quality but also with their customer service. After this, I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.
