Despite the watch looking great at first, it stopped working after just a couple months. I couldn't find my receipt for the warranty, so I couldn't take it back for repairs or a new one. When I took it to a repair shop, they told me the case was sealed shut and they couldn't fix it or even change the battery. It's frustrating to see products made to only last a short time, causing more garbage and problems for folks like me.

My experience with the products I bought from this store was so disappointing. The watches and sunglasses I got were really low quality. The watch band broke after just a few uses, and the sunglasses frame got loose after only two months. It was frustrating to see them wear out so fast, especially since they should have been strong and last a long time. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund, I was surprised to hear that they wouldn't take back my used sunglasses. What's the point of having a warranty if they won't honor it for defective products? Overall, my time with this store has been really bad, and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them in the future.
