Returns & Refundstry items in a store if you can, or be prepared to pay to ship back. Honestly, I'm disappointed — I wanted to like them.

Returns & RefundsI ordered a handful of pieces and tried them as soon as the box arrived last week. Fabrics felt decent but sizing was way off — none of it sat right. I paid to send them back and then waited. No refund, no replies to emails. Frustrating, a bit sad actually; not what I expected.

Productwow, the material feels good and the colours are true. Then the sceptic in me kicked in when I noticed the fit. I'm about 5'9", 165 lbs, and the mediums are kinda short and way too wide, shoulders seam sits too far forward and the collar rides up against my neck. I washed them hoping for shrinkage — nope. I compared them to another brand and the shapes are totally different. I thought about returning but shipping back would’ve cost me, so I kept them. In the end I like the designs enough to stick with them, even if the fit is odd.
