lightweight, nice finish, registration for the warranty was annoyingly easy. But after one flight the zipper literally fell off. Yep, came away. I expected a simple fix or a quick replacement part under the warranty, since I’d registered within weeks. Nope. Customer service was the frustrating bit. The rep (Marvin) answered, and after many emails later they offered to send a zipper if I paid shipping. And get this: they didn’t even know when they'd have the right colour in stock. So they wanted me to pay $16.58 to ship a part that might not match. That felt penny-pinching and lazy. I’ve had cheaper carry-ons from Amazon last years with no drama, so that stung — could have saved myself the trouble. On the plus side, the bag looked nice and was light to carry. But aesthetics don’t mean much when basic hardware fails and the company won’t properly support you. Not all is terrible, but I won’t be buying from them again. Also, it’s annoying because my family warned me — they said it'd be a waste — and they were right, haha. If you care about decent support, look elsewhere; if you just like the look, fine, but be prepared for a possible fuss.
