unopened, still in the box, and I tried to return it. Instead of a simple UK return, I was told to ship it to France and pay £14 myself. Tracking then showed it delivered on December 22, and after that… silence. No acknowledgement, no refund, no sign of life. I chased them a couple of times, and finally, only after pointing out consumer law timelines, they said the refund would be “processed.” A week later, still nothing — then a PayPal notification popped up saying the money was on its way. That little ping was the exact moment I relaxed; it was such a small victory after a string of sloppy communication. So overall: the hardware didn’t meet my workflow expectations, support was non-existent, and returns were needlessly painful, but I will admit I was pleasantly surprised that the payment actually landed once I pushed. Not enough to recommend them to friends though, unless they fix software and service.
