That little ping that finally meant something
That little ping that finally meant something
Returns & Refundsunopened, still in the box, and I tried to return it. Instead of a simple UK return, I was told to ship it to France and pay £14 myself. Tracking then showed it delivered on December 22, and after that… silence. No acknowledgement, no refund, no sign of life. I chased them a couple of times, and finally, only after pointing out consumer law timelines, they said the refund would be “processed.” A week later, still nothing — then a PayPal notification popped up saying the money was on its way. That little ping was the exact moment I relaxed; it was such a small victory after a string of sloppy communication. So overall: the hardware didn’t meet my workflow expectations, support was non-existent, and returns were needlessly painful, but I will admit I was pleasantly surprised that the payment actually landed once I pushed. Not enough to recommend them to friends though, unless they fix software and service.
Practical addition, hiccup with the cord

Producttracked, showed up at building reception, slight delay from estimate but not dramatic. Packaging was tidy. The device itself is solid, the dial for brush size is genuinely handy, that's actually what surprised me — small thing, big time-saver. The wired Lite model is annoying though: cable's too short when the desk is raised, so I still have cables draping. I reached out to customer service about an extension; they replied same day, polite and offered a suggestion and a small discount on accessories. That's what made the whole experience better, honestly. Main downside: fewer buttons than I'd hoped, can't fully ditch the keyboard. Still would recommend, maybe get the full version.
