I bought a pair of shoes more than a year ago and the seams have already torn open after only wearing them a few times. I contacted customer support to ask about the warranty, repair options, or getting a replacement, but they only wanted me to buy a new pair. I'm really disappointed with the poor quality and unhelpful support.

I emailed customer service and "Dina" said she'd send me a return label, but I never got it even after I followed up a few times.
