Poor quality shoe

I bought a pair of shoes more than a year ago and the seams have already torn open after only wearing them a few times. I contacted customer support to ask about the warranty, repair options, or getting a replacement, but they only wanted me to buy a new pair. I'm really disappointed with the poor quality and unhelpful support.

Shoes, exchange, return label

I just bought a pair of shoes from this company and got them delivered with a free water bottle. But the shoes weren't what I expected, so I wanted to return them under their free exchange policy that I saw on their website. I emailed customer service and "Dina" said she'd send me a return label, but I never got it even after I followed up a few times. It's frustrating that there's no communication or follow-up from the company, and it's left me feeling disappointed.
