Returns & RefundsI'm cautiously satisfied, but it wasn't smooth. At first support felt non-existent — they seemed to accept any code and say the author handles support, which left me annoyed. Plugins promised Pro bits that didn't always work, and their refund terms were buried; I almost gave up. I pushed back, mentioned past refunds I got elsewhere, and eventually got a partial refund plus a working update. So yes, still wary, would try again only after double-checking and saving my receipts and screenshots too.

Returns & RefundsWe've used ThemeForest for years and usually things just work, so this one stood out. I installed the purchase and it was basically dead on arrival — error screens, bits of the UI wouldn't load, couldn't even preview. Tried to use it for a small client job and had to bail. Support asked me to pause my PayPal dispute, then blocked my account, and after a review they refuse a refund. Feels wrong, like buying a bike with a flat tire and being told to ride it anyway. Disappointed and a bit wary of Envato now.

Returns & RefundsHalfway through trying to set the theme up I realised it was full of bugs — and that’s where the headache started. I first spotted the theme on ThemeForest after a colleague tipped me about it, so I went ahead and bought both the theme and a plugin. The author didn’t respond, I filed a PayPal dispute and then ThemeForest locked my account right after. The moment I knew I’d be OK was when PayPal decided in my favour and refunded me — honestly a big relief, I was really thankful. Still annoying that ThemeForest wants payment now and my account’s blocked, but at least my money came back.

Returns & Refundsmy site started redirecting visitors to another page, which was embarrassing and honestly cost me trust with a few clients. I ended up wiping the whole site and rebuilding from scratch (I could have tried to salvage files, but I wanted a clean slate). I told their support several times, explained the rebuild, offered the URL so they could verify what happened, and asked for at least a refund given the damage — they declined and wouldn't take responsibility. On the upside, once I installed a different theme everything settled and the site works reliably now (so it's not the hosting). Bottom line: the product installed and ran before the bad update, and the ordering/delivery was quick, but their quality control around updates is weak and support unhelpful. It’s not all terrible—things work after switching—but I wouldn’t risk this vendor again without clear fixes and better assurances.
