Servicethe on/off button started acting up and I’ve been dealing with customer service for over three months. They sent me to a “local” repair shop even though I live in a big city, and after multiple follow-ups I still have no fix. It’s frustrating to have a €1000 machine taking up counter space because of what’s probably a tiny plastic part. My first impression was good, but the lack of after-sales support has been the real problem. Kinda disappointed — quality seemed fine at first, service not.
