I bought an emergency food supply back in May, and I've been waiting for it to arrive ever since. They told me there was a delay because they were having trouble getting the plastic containers. I called recently to check on my order, as they said it was ready to ship, but I was left on hold after hours. I'm really unhappy with the lack of communication and broken promises from this company.

I just bought some emergency supplies online and I was kind of shocked that they didn't even give me a confirmation email. Most online stores send one right away so you know they got your order, but this one didn't. I had to wait a few days and then use their chat to double-check if they got it. Also, I saw that a couple of my old orders were marked as "cancelled" without me knowing why. It's a bit worrying that they're not being clear or keeping me in the loop, it makes me think twice about buying from them again.
