I gotta say, the idea of being able to customize your own soap and personal care products with all-natural, vegan, halal, and cruelty-free ingredients is pretty awesome. Being able to pick the scents, ingredients, and even customize the label with my name makes me feel like I'm making something just for me. And the sliding scale pricing they offer is a breath of fresh air in a world where everything seems so pricey.
But I have to admit, the ordering process was a bit confusing and I had some trouble navigating the website. The service was okay, but I wish the communication was a bit more prompt. The prices were fair for the quality of the products, but a tad on the expensive side for my budget. On the bright side, the delivery was pretty quick and the products showed up in good shape.
All in all, definitely a cool and innovative company that's worth giving a shot.
