I bought lithium batteries from this company recently and was hoping for a quick and on-time delivery. But I was let down when my order took 10 days to arrive instead of the promised 5 to 7 business days. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, they just made excuses about the shipping carrier instead of offering solutions to speed things up. As someone who likes things to be efficient and reliable, this whole situation left me feeling disappointed and unsure about buying from them again.

The rechargeable batteries I got from this company are doing pretty well. Some are still on their first charge, but the ones I've recharged are working just fine. I've had issues with FedEx taking a long time to deliver before, but this time they were surprisingly quick. Big shoutout to Tenergy and FedEx for getting those batteries to me so fast. The FedEx tracker said 3 days, and they actually came through on that. I don't usually get stuff this fast, so I really appreciated the speedy service. All in all, I'm happy with the batteries and how quickly they got here.

These batteries were a great deal thanks to a discount. The delivery was a bit rough because of FedEx economy or whatever they call it. The package had black grease all over it, but thankfully it was wrapped well in strong paper. However, most of the batteries were loose - only a few AAA batteries were still in their box of 24. Maybe if they used some tape on the box flaps, it could stop them from getting loose during rough handling. I'm not sure if the batteries are still good after all that bouncing around. What should I watch for to see if the batteries are still fine?
