Returns & RefundsI ordered a gun cleaning mat from this company recently. I waited for ten days and heard nothing, so I decided to call their customer service. They told me the item was out of stock, even though they had already charged my card. I was upset and disappointed by this news. They said they refunded me a week ago, but when I called again, they said it would take 21 days to process. I don't think it's right to not be upfront and communicate properly like this. It's just not good customer service.
