CommunicationMy experience with this company was super disappointing, eh. After I placed my order, I waited for weeks without hearing anything about what was going on with my purchase. When I finally reached out to ask about my order, they just gave me a bunch of excuses for why it was taking so long. As a customer, I think it's important to be kept in the loop and to have good communication from the company you're buying from, you know? Dealing with getting a refund was just as frustrating, they told me it would take a whole 21 days, which is way too long. This kind of inefficiency and lack of accountability is just not okay, so I had to take some further steps to try and sort things out.
