ServiceI just bought some art books from this store recently. I really like the great quality and cool content that Taschen has. They have a big selection of books that always makes me want to go back for more. But, gotta be honest, the customer service was kinda blah. The staff seemed like robots, not caring at all, which made me feel unimportant as a customer. Even so, I still buy Taschen books from other stores that treat me better.
