I was so happy when my books arrived so quickly and in perfect condition. They were packaged really well and arrived right on time. I would definitely recommend buying from this store again because I'm going to keep adding to my library from their website.

The books on tattoos are amazing, I really suggest checking them out. But there's a problem with how they were packaged at the store that needs to be fixed. When they arrived, the corners were all crushed, the pages were bent, and the covers were scratched. It was pretty disappointing. I got "1000 Tattoos" and "Tattoo 1730s-1970s" and both of them were messed up because of the bad packaging.

I recently bought some books from this store and even though the books were great, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I gave all my info for the order including my name, address, phone number, and postal code, but when the parcels arrived 25 days later, they only had my name and postal code. It felt like they got lost with no real tracking available, and almost got sent back to Germany. Luckily, I managed to get in touch with DHL Hellas and gave them the missing info to keep the parcels in Greece. I hope Taschen and Deutsche Post can fix this problem quickly for a more reliable delivery service in the future, so customers like me can trust ordering from them again.

It got here really fast! The person delivering it didn't just leave it, they handed it to me. The book was packaged really well in the box.

I just bought an art book from this store and I was really let down with how the delivery went. Even though I paid for shipping, my package ended up at a pick-up spot without me knowing. It was a hassle and my order could've been messed up. I think there should be a way to reschedule delivery or call a specific number if you're not home. Stuff like this can totally ruin how you see the company and your experience as a customer.

Picked up 2 super cool photography books on sale from this amazing store. They arrived in mint condition, all wrapped up in plastic. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the delivery guy was really friendly and took good care of my heavy package. I'm loving these books, definitely recommend them!
