ServiceI ordered a replacement cap for my water bottle, but it didn't match. Dealing with the customer service team was frustrating. After I complained online, they didn't get back to me for 10 days. When I called, they just told me to use the online form again. Others had also mentioned the poor customer service at this place, which was disappointing. However, the next day, they surprised me by sending a new water bottle to make up for the wrong cap. It was confusing, but I do appreciate the gesture. The lack of communication at first was frustrating though.

ServiceI was really upset with the customer service I got from this company. They wouldn't let me leave a bad review, and when I tried, I got an email error. I think it's not fair that they don't accept returns, especially when the product isn't as good as you thought. I suggest going somewhere else for better service.
