I just bought the 40oz Grey bottle with bumper from Takeya and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. Unlike that other person, I haven't had any problems with my bottle at all. I make sure to clean the gaskets and bottle on the regular, which has definitely helped keep it in good shape. I haven't had to get any parts replaced or reach out to customer service for anything at all.

My experience with the water bottle parts from this company has been pretty disappointing. The gaskets wore out really fast, the bumpers kept falling off, the bottles got dented way too easily, and the straws didn't last at all. I was irritated to see that replacement parts were offered on the website, but at steep prices. I wouldn't suggest using these products regularly.

I just bought some stuff from the kids and adults active line at the store. I also picked up the children's non-insulated 4 pack, and let me tell you, it's amazing. These cups are way better than any kid's cup I've used before. The price is really good, especially when you catch them on sale. They really do keep cold water cold and hot liquids hot like they say, and no leaks. I especially like the handle on them. The customer service was excellent, and there were no delays with shipping even with everything going on with Covid19.

I bought this water bottle not too long ago and the seal in the cap keeps coming loose after only a month. It's so irritating! Customer service was completely useless, super frustrating. I won't be purchasing from them again. The cap seal on my 64-ounce bottle won't stop leaking and won't stay put. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN.

I really love this bottle, it's so awesome. It keeps my drinks hot or cold for such a long time! The handle makes it super easy to carry around, and the spout lid is really helpful. I got it back in May and I've been using it every single day since then. Definitely worth the purchase!
