CommunicationI was pretty let down with my time at SuperTrees. I bought some plant-based trees and CBD stuff, thinking they would be top-notch based on what people say. But when I got them, they were kinda meh in terms of quality and how they looked. The trees were droopy and sickly, and the CBD items weren't as strong as I thought they'd be. I got in touch with customer service to tell them how I felt, but the reply I got back was not great and didn't really help. I ended up feeling annoyed and not happy with what I got. Overall, I wouldn't suggest SuperTrees after my experience.
