Returns & RefundsI just bought a rain jacket from Summit Hut and I have to say I'm super let down by it. The jacket started leaking after only a few times wearing it, which is not cool for something that's supposed to be waterproof. When I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange, they weren't helpful or sorry about it at all. I was hoping for more from a company that's all about top-notch outdoor gear.
