I was sort of bracing for a fight when the massage chair arrived — looked fine, but not at all what I pictured. I reached out right away to start a return. At first the replies were slow and a bit off; they insisted I was past their 30‑day window and that I'd pay return shipping. I pushed back — it had been under two weeks — and honestly I was ready to escalate, like I've had to with other vendors. Then, after a couple of terse emails, someone actually checked the dates, agreed to cover shipping and processed my refund. Not seamless, and a few tense messages, but that final message—when it was fixed—was the moment I felt satisfied, relieved, and okay recommending them with a caveat.

I thought it would be quick — ordered through their Walmart store late January and at first it looked normal. A few days later I asked where my parcel was and they said it was shipped; FedEx showed only "label created" though, which was clearly just the label being made at that moment. A week went by with zero updates. Messaging them felt strange, replies in very broken English and kind of vague, like they kept saying "shipped" and "left warehouse" but without any proof. I ended up calling Walmart support and they told me this seller's storefront has red flags, that was a surprise but also... not a good one. After some back-and-forth the seller promised a refund, then suddenly the package arrived — late and with a small extra cable tucked inside, weirdly. The device itself was faulty, and the refund never happened. Still trying to get my money back. Overall, delivery and customer service were disappointing, the only odd bright spot was that little extra cable, which I wasn't expecting. I'm not impressed though.
