To top it off, when I went to buy it again, the price had gone up from when I first bought it. I was annoyed but I went ahead and bought it again anyway. Then, a few weeks later, the main unit started making noise too, so I had to ask for another replacement. The return label they gave me had the wrong address, so the item ended up going to the wrong person. All in all, I was really let down by the product and the customer service.
