I have written to date, 3 emails to SmithHonig requesting they immediately cancel one of the two duplicate Acrylic blocks on an order that showed on my statement. The first email I addressed the duplication and sent the email within minutes after ordering. This duplicating was the fault of the company SmithHonig. I followed up with another email requesting again and instructing to NOT send me two of the exact same item and to refund the money for the one canceled. And then without hearing a response. I was delivered two identical Acrylic Blocks and I wrote a third email informing them of their error. I never heard from the company addressing any of my detailed emails explaining their error. Understanding that the cost of the items is not high... the issue is their complete lack of customer service and response to me on my three e-mails. And I have a box with their product and I am wanting to mail it back and get a complete refund. Very frustrating. There are other home accessories, at a much lgreater cost that I may have purchased, but definitely will not as this company takes customer service to the lowest level.
