The guy who did our scan and initial visit was great! He was so patient and just a really nice dude. This was my second time coming here, as my older son got the aligners a year ago. Now it's my daughter's turn to get them. I highly recommend the whole process!

I had such an amazing time dealing with this company, all the way from the beginning to the end. The people there, especially Amber, were super nice and really knew their stuff. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them.

Oh my gosh, my dentist was seriously the best. They were super nice and explained everything to me before getting started. I was pretty nervous at first, but by the end I was totally excited! I was grinning like crazy on my way back home and couldn't stop talking about it!

The experience of buying aligners was pretty good overall. I had a little issue when I called ahead to ask if I could come in early because the person who picked up the phone wasn't very friendly. But when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from the young woman helping me out. She really knew her stuff and made me feel comfortable by explaining everything about the process. The only thing that could be better is training up the receptionist a bit.

But my SmileGuide was Rue, and he totally made me feel comfortable with his positive energy and friendly attitude. Rue was really professional, knew his stuff, and took the time to walk me through the whole process, which made me feel confident about the treatment. Because of Rue, I'm really looking forward to starting this journey towards a brand new smile. The clinic itself was also really great, super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better.

As a parent of a 13-year-old son with autism, I was a bit unsure about starting Clear aligners treatment. But let me tell ya, the folks at the local store were so kind and really took their time with my child, making sure he felt relaxed and happy during the whole thing. They listened to us, answered all our questions, and made us feel at ease. The only small hiccup was that the online stuff didn't totally match up with what happened in person.

I popped in for a quick touch-up and was really impressed with how clean and inviting the place was. Luci was amazing and took care of all my worries, making me feel much better about everything. Definitely loving the way Smile Direct does things!

So I got this awesome new smile kit, eh? And let me tell ya, the person who helped us out, Cindy, she was amazing. She totally knew her stuff and made my sister and me feel really comfortable and excited for our new smiles. She was like a teeth wizard or something.
