Returns & RefundsI had a great experience with my rep, Rikki - she really knew her stuff and helped me out a lot with getting my teeth all straightened. But then, outta nowhere, the company shut down and I lost the money I put down at the start. It was a bit of a bummer overall.

Returns & RefundsI just went to the dentist to get my teeth straightened, and the dentist was great, but the customer service was not. They messed up my treatment plan, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I've been getting treatment for four years now and my teeth still aren't straight. Even though I was unhappy, the customer service wouldn't give me a refund and only offered me a small amount to make up for their mistake. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate well or try to understand my frustration.
