the pad itself was fine, but the return mess made the whole thing not worth it. I bought the MyPad wool mattress pad because I have HSD/hEDS and needed something breathable that might help with sleep and back soreness. The pad feels well made and I was actually a bit relieved when it arrived (it seemed like a decent fit). Problem was a persistent smell. I’m sensitive to odours and get headaches easily, so I needed to return it. I reached out to customer support and got bounced around for days. They acted like I had used the pad, which I hadn’t. Eventually they said they’d send a return label and charge $18. When the refund hit my card they deducted $35.57 with no explanation. That extra charge is the real issue here. So, useful product, annoying process. If you’re sensitive to smells or hate bureaucratic returns, buy from a retailer with simpler returns (Amazon, for example). I lost time and some money. I’m mildly glad the pad is solid, but I won’t risk that hassle again.
