ServiceI couldn't believe how bad my shopping experience was on SidelineSwap. I bought a set that was supposed to come with a helmet, but it wasn't there when I got it. I had to keep bugging them to find out where it was, which was totally frustrating. In the end, I just gave up and bought a whole new set so my kid could play last weekend. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and they should really take responsibility for their mistakes.
