Halfway through unpacking I laughed — delivery was right on time and everything was taped like Fort Knox. I set them up same evening, easy assembly, customer service answered a question, and they look better than I expected.

I first saw the Cesiro cabinet at a friend’s and ordered two. Assembly was bumpy — some parts weren’t preinstalled and I had to call. Eventually they went together. They feel solid, and sturdy, with nice weight and a clean finish, doors slide smooth and they suit my living room. Really glad I stuck with them.

a looping male voicemail, then a confused female pick-up that hung up. I kept trying at different times and finally reached someone who sent the part. Little relief, not thrilled about the runaround, but the fix worked and I told my coworker it’s usable.

lots of useful drawers, deep enough for the stuff I actually use every night. I did notice the three dresser sections sit a bit loose against each other — I'd feel better if there was something at the back to fasten them into one solid piece. Minor gripe though; overall I'm pretty pleased, no regrets.

Afternoon knock and it was here — pretty smooth. The cabinet matches the photos and looks sharp in the corner. Assembly was new to me; nothing impossible but a couple of fiddly bits. The thing is a touch flimsy at first, we added some eye hooks and a cable at the back to stop the sway, and that helped, especially on thick carpet. Delivery was fast and the driver was polite. Customer service answered my question quickly when I asked about parts, which I appreciated. I'm happy with it. For the price it's fair. If you're on the fence, order it but plan a little reinforcement and keep the tracking emails; they really help.
