ShopWorn - Reviews and experiences

My order came really fast and I liked getting the emails letting me know where it was at. The packaging was great too, made sure everything got to me in good shape.

I was really looking forward to getting my order from this company, but man, it's turned into a total nightmare. I got an email asking me to rate my experience before I even got my stuff. Like, how can I rate something I don't even have yet? It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my items. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all I get are these vague answers and promises that my stuff is coming soon. Honestly, at this point, I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever actually get my order. This whole situation has been frustrating and just really disappointing.

I got this really nice thing from ShopWorn not too long ago, and I gotta say, it was a great experience. I had a question for customer service and they got back to me super fast and were really helpful. The thing showed up on time, but I didn't know I had to sign for it when it got delivered, which was a bit of a hassle. But all in all, I'm really happy with the quality of the item and I'll definitely think about shopping at ShopWorn again.

Eh, I gotta say, my recent purchase of a pen from ShopWorn was awesome all around. Found a top-notch pen on sale, which was a nice little bonus. Shipping was fast and smooth, got my order sent out the next day. It took a tad longer to arrive than I thought it would because of a few stops, but hey, it was all good. The pen itself was even better than I hoped for, and I'm definitely happy with my purchase, eh.
