TrackingIt's annoying when a website doesn't have any contact info and the tracking updates are lacking. I only saw updates for a few days after it was shipped until it got to Spain, and then nothing. No more tracking updates or contact info, so I just gotta trust that they're legit. I'm always hesitant with sellers who don't give out their contact info (the only way to reach them is through the FAQs), and once they have your credit card and money, they try to avoid any communication. And to top it off, the tracking email they send is a no-reply email. Now I just cross my fingers that my package arrives soon and in one piece, and if I need to return it, I hope they don't dodge me like they did with the contact and tracking stuff.
