CommunicationAfter I ordered my stuff, I got a quick email saying they got my payment. But after that, I never heard anything. I waited a couple weeks, then I emailed them for an update, but got no reply. Couple more weeks went by, still nothing. It's been two months now, and I've emailed the company, the German importer, and even left a message on their Facebook page. I doubt I'll hear back, so I'm gonna ask my bank to reverse the charge.
