Returns & RefundsI had a really bad experience with this company recently. They lost my order and when I asked for help, they were no help at all. They wouldn't send my order again or give me a refund, and they even tried blaming me for their mistake of mailing it instead of using UPS. Dealing with their customer service was frustrating, and I would warn anyone thinking of ordering from them to watch out for the shady stuff I dealt with.
