Returns & Refundsit was the focus of their “damage” claim, like they zeroed in on it and ignored everything else. After the dispute things finally moved and I did get my money back, so I’m somewhat satisfied in the end, but it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. Bottom line: be cautious buying directly, double-check return policies, and keep receipts and photos. If you want less stress, buy from a store with a clear returns desk.
