Not ideal, but it worked
Not ideal, but it worked
Returns & Refundsdisappointing service overall, but I’m glad it didn’t completely ruin the plans. The sizing chart is unreliable. First exchange went smoothly, which helped a lot. When the second dress didn’t fit I asked for another exchange. They refused because I was past a 14-day window. For an expensive dress bought for my son’s wedding that felt stingy. Customer replies were robotic, probably AI. Delivery itself was fine and I appreciate that. Bottom line: measure twice and know the return window. I won’t actively recommend them, though one exchange did save the day. Just be prepared and temper your expectations a bit.

Gorgeous dress, messy return
Gorgeous dress, messy return
Returns & RefundsI pulled the dress out of the shipping box and, no joke, the beading looked gorgeous in real life — totally justified the splurge. I used a promo and exchanged for a smaller size, shipped it back. Eleven days after they received it I got told the return was rejected because an embellishment was 'broken' (it wasn't when I mailed it) and there was a stain inside. The dress came back creased and sad-looking, then my card got charged the full $495. Customer service didn't help much, just polite but useless. Other shops handled returns way better. Beautiful clothes, sketchy returns — buy with caution.
Blue marker and a headache
Blue marker and a headache
Returns & RefundsI won't order from them again — the whole return fight wasn't worth it. I bought a mother-of-the-bride dress and it arrived with big blue marker numbers scrawled across the back. It was on sale and their policy said sale items were final, but I messaged them right away (dress still in the bag) — Instagram DM, the chat on their site, and email — and I sent photos and my receipt. Eventually they agreed to a refund and gave a return label. After almost seven weeks and several follow-ups I finally got money back, but they took $20 for returning a damaged dress. No real apology, nothing. Felt like I chased them way too long. Other shops have been way easier.
Rainy Tuesday unboxing
Rainy Tuesday unboxing
Returns & RefundsI opened the box on a rainy Tuesday and kind of laughed — the dress looked nothing like the picture, very matronly and stiff. I sent it back right away in the original packaging with tags. First impression was annoyed, obviously. Two weeks later I got an email saying they received it, but no refund showed up, so I called my credit card and opened a dispute. Weirdly, after I filed the dispute the money posted within a couple of days — not ideal timing, but hey, I’m relieved it finally landed. I wish their returns team had been clearer the whole time; the delay and silence were the worst part. Still, happy it worked out in the end, even if I had to push for it. Also, the box had a tiny tear, nothing major.
Finally a great fit — just be careful with returns
Finally a great fit — just be careful with returns
Returns & Refundsmy return came back to me, crumpled in a plain box, and they said there was a stain. It was in a darker seam overlap by the zipper — honestly looked like the normal shading of the material to me. I tried to get someone on the phone or even an email reply, but it was slow and confusing. That part was frustrating, I won’t lie. Still, the dress itself performed well for the event and I’d buy from them again if the return process were clearer. Quick tip: if you plan to return, take photos and keep everything documented. It helped me keep my cool at least.
Sketchy return, messy sash, awkward fix
Sketchy return, messy sash, awkward fix
Returns & Refundsit was the focus of their “damage” claim, like they zeroed in on it and ignored everything else. After the dispute things finally moved and I did get my money back, so I’m somewhat satisfied in the end, but it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. Bottom line: be cautious buying directly, double-check return policies, and keep receipts and photos. If you want less stress, buy from a store with a clear returns desk.
