I gotta say, I was super let down by the customer service from this company. They talk a big game about having top-notch service, but my own experience was anything but that. Every time I reached out, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been more than a week now and still no word. It's just not cool how they're ignoring customer questions and not keeping us in the loop.

Oh man, the shipping was a total disaster. They went with this crummy shipping service that took ages to finally pass it off to USPS. And don't even get me started on the product itself - that bucket hat was such a letdown. It was super flimsy and way smaller than I expected, I don't think it'll do much to keep the sun off me. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from them.
