Glad it finally arrived, but it was late; needed it for a trip.

I hesitated to buy, worried about shipping. Paid for postage but package stuck at USPS. Seller didn’t cover postage. Still waiting. I’d suggest they fix billing beforehand.

I saw their ad on Facebook and a friend tipped me, so I tried them — was kinda hopeful. Package never showed and they told me to deal with the post office; felt like they were avoiding responsibility.

Not great — arrived eight months late; I missed the camping trip. I ordered two hats, customer service ignored my messages. They eventually showed up with a free neck garter and sticker, so I have mixed feelings.

I ordered this hat for my trip and dude, it seriously took forever to arrive! I mean, it took a whole 11 days from LA to Vegas. That's like, super sloooow 😒 And the company didn't even own up to the delay, they just blamed it on the shipping companies. So frustrating! Now my vacation is done and dusted, and I still don't have my hat. Ugh, I'm so bummed out.
