Saw it on a friend's post, hesitated about size and fit, support helped swap it — arrived today, feels good, relieved.

I almost skipped the purchase because the photos and sizing were unclear, and yes I ordered the wrong bucket hat first. Service handled the exchange without charging me to return it, which calmed me. I did have to send a follow-up email asking where the replacement was; they apologized and mailed it. Hat's good — not flawless, but I like it. double-check size

Halfway through the return I kept thinking I should’ve trusted the reviews — I hesitated before buying because colours often look off online. I use caps for dog walks and quick errands, so colour matters. Returned a white hat and after two weeks got a navy one. The fit and material surprised me, actually decent, but the mix-up and delay left me annoyed.

Thought these would be another overpriced flop. They arrived earlier than I expected, which was nice. First fit was weird — way roomier than my usual 34s. I used them for yard work and a quick beach dip while deciding. Customer service was actually helpful; they arranged an exchange fast and even noted the sizing issue. Not perfect. Still, now they’re in regular rotation. Glad I gave them a second shot.
