CommunicationThe ordering was super easy and quick. Got my delivery right on time, but ran into a problem with one of the things I ordered. It was tough not being able to call customer service directly, had to go through this 'Molly' bot that didn't really help much. Had to email 'Molly' about the issue and it took 4 days to hear back - what a hassle.
